Michael Freeman is the author of Edmund Burke and the Critique of Political Radicalism and Human Rights: An Interdisciplinary Approach. Co-editor of Frontiers of Political Theory and Nationalism and Minorities. Journal articles on contemporary political philosophy, democratic theory, philosophy of social science, the theory of revolutions, genocide, human rights and transitional justice.

Research interests: political philosophy; liberalism; cosmopolitanism and theories of global politics; human rights; transitional justice; genocide; nationalism; multiculturalism and minority rights; ethnic conflict.
