Mental health and wellbeing
Everyone has mental health, sometimes good, sometimes not
so good. If you have any concerns about your emotional
or mental health and would like to talk, there is a range of
professional and confidential support available to students,
including advice and support for mental health and emotional
concerns, specialist mentoring and counselling. The
Wellbeing team at the Colchester campus is a good first port
of call and students can access advice and support in a
number of ways.
