Transcripts
At the conclusion of your period of study with us, we will automatically
send your transcript to you. We also send a transcript to your home
university or, if you have come to Essex via an agency, then we send a
transcript to the agency only.
For students from European universities, we will send transcripts with
Essex credits and marks and ECTS credits and grades. For students from
outside Europe, we will send American-style transcripts.
If you require additional transcripts either at the end of your studies
or any point later on, you can order
them by e-mail. Please include the address(es) where you want the
transcripts sent, your full name, and the academic year you were at Essex.
If your name has changed since you studied at Essex, please ensure that you
include the name you were registered under when you were here.
We charge £5 per transcript and, if you require a transcript sent by
overnight courier, we will endeavour to accommodate this, but you would need
to pay an additional charge.
