IT services and support
Check our service status page for information about the availability
of our services and any problems or ongoing issues that may affect you.
We provide a wide range of IT services to support your living and learning
experience. Here is our most popular information:
Need to use a computer? Use our open-access IT labs at Colchester (650
computers) or Southend (125 computers) campuses, plus access to printing and
scanning facilities. If you need to work late, many of our labs stay open 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also work socially on projects in
group-study pods with IT facilities whilst you enjoy a hot drink.
Check our service status to see if there are any
known problems or contact our IT Helpdesk. Our friendly
and knowledgeable IT team can help you get the most out of our facilities.
