A selected Santander Scholar cannot hold a full (fees and maintenance)

to reconsider the award of the scholarship if the financial situation of a
selected scholar changes following the award of a scholarship.
If a selected scholar is intending to fund all or part of their studies
via a US Federal Direct Loan, this scholarship will be recorded as “Expected
Financial Aid” in the cost of attendance calculation and may reduce the
maximum eligible loan amounts for 2013-14.
All scholarships are subject to applicants firmly accepting the offer of
study and registering as students of the University of Essex for the 2012-13
academic year. No alternative form of the scholarship is available.
By accepting the scholarship, recipients are giving the University permission to use their details for promotional purposes and may be asked to provide a case study which may
be used in University publications or on the website.
