The Staff Development office is here for all staff of the University of Essex.  We produce an annual programme of events aimed at supporting the goals of the university as well as developing your skills and knowledge whilst you are working here.  If there is a topic you would like to see included in our programme which isn't here please let us know.  New events are often added during the year so please check our website regularly.

The Staff Development office sends regular emails to all staff to remind them of courses on the programme. Printed programmes are sent at the beginning of each term to those staff who do not have regular access to email.

We continuously review the content of this programme to ensure that it continues to meet your needs and we welcome your feedback. If you have comments or ideas for courses please send them to the Staff Development Office or email staff development.
