Staff Survey 2012-13
Survey results
The results of the University’s Staff Survey 2012-13 are now available for staff to view.
Printed copies of the results will be supplied to areas where staff do not have regular
access to e-mail. We are also awaiting a further report presenting the data by department/section
and this will be added to the webpages when we receive it from Capita - expected by the end February 2013.
The survey had a response rate of 56 per cent, almost six per cent more than the 2009-10 survey.
Once the results have been fully analysed, staff will have opportunities to contribute to
the development of an action plan to address the findings according to priority. Further information
about the action plan will be communicated to all staff in due course.
