Personal Development Planning (PDP)
Led by the Director of Employability, the University is participating in
a national project to investigate attitudes towards Personal Development
Planning (PDP) and the part it plays in engaging students in the
transformative HE experience. We would very much like to hear your views,
and have devised a survey to enable you to share them.
Participants are not expected to have any prior knowledge of PDP or to
have any particular attitudes towards PDP. The results will be used to
inform internal developments at Essex and wider debates with the HE sector.
Your views will be treated confidentially. The
survey is available
online until the end of February.
