Got a tech problem? Whether it's logging in, connecting to wifi, installing software, or using a University system, the IT Helpdesk will get you back on track.

Online and phone support is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (UK time), except on University closure days.

If IT or AV equipment fails during a lecture or class, use the in-room phone to reach the AV support team directly.
