If you would like us to post you a CHUMS form, please email your details to chums@essex.ac.uk or download a form via the link below.

Please note we are no longer able to take credit/debit card details on postal applications. If you would like to pay using this method, please come into the Sports Centre with your completed application form.

Publicity

From time to time, we may take photographs of CHUMS activities for our own publicity. If you do not wish your child to appear in any such publicity, please email chums@essex.ac.uk or telephone Kurt Beaumont on 01206 873251.
