Just Play Squash

You’ve probably heard of the name, but unsure what the sport actually is, well why not come and find out! Squash is great way of exercising whilst in a fun, and friendly environment. These drop-in sessions focus not just on teaching beginners the sport, or allowing people to play in a less competitive environment. The student coaches are there to help you and will adapt their coaching to suit you and your ability. Squash can be a great work out if you want to burn off a few pounds, but can also be a great place to socialise as they game can be played either in singles or in doubles.

 So if this social, yet active sport sound likes something you’d like to try why not drop by the squash courts on Tuesday evenings between 9-10pm. Discover a new sport, Just Play Squash!
