Starts Tuesday 7th May,
7-8pm in Studio 3
With Sue
Combines Pilates & Yoga exercises to develop core strength,
tone & flexibility as well as promote focus & relaxation. Please bring a
blanket/large towel for relaxation at the end of the session. Suitable for all
levels.
Course dates: 7/5, 21/5, 28/5 & 11/6 (no sessions 14/5 & 4/6)
Yoga
4 week course
Starts Monday 13th May,
10-11.30am in Studio 3
With Rod
Hatha yoga, focus on asana (postures), pranayama (breathing
exercises) and relaxation.
Please bring a blanket/large towel for relaxation at the end
of the session
Course dates: 13/5, 20/5, 3/6 & 10/6; (no session 27/5, bank
holiday)
*FREE to Gold & Silver Passport to Sport members
*£26 per 4 week course for Bronze members &
non-members
*Places are limited & booking is essential - Gold members can book on
up to 14 days in advance of the course starting, Silver 10 days, Bronze 7 days,
and non-members 3 days
*Please ensure you can make all 4 weeks, registers will be taken at each
session; If you do not give at least 24hrs notice of non-attendance, you may be
charged for this session
