**Indoor Bootcamp is free to those with a Passport to Sport membership. Non-members need to book in and pay at Reception; This session will only run on 26/4 & 3/5

 

  • Aerobics classes start at 10 past the hour and are 40 minutes in duration at lunchtime, 45 minutes in the evening.
  • You will need to have a valid ticket and your student/membership card to show the instructor on arrival.
  • Please ensure you arrive promptly.  Once the class has started latecomers cannot be permitted.
  • Please contact the Sports Centre if you are unable to attend a class for which you have booked.  This should be done at least one hour before the start of the class.  Failure to do this could result in a debt on your account.

Cancellation of classes

Please note that occasionally the Sports Centre has to cancel classes at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. To keep updated on any class changes or cancellations, we recommend you subscribe to the Sports Centre mailing list https://www2.essex.ac.uk/secure/cs/mailinglists/sports-info.asp
