Class Description
STEP for Everyone A STEP class suitable for all abilities.
Legs, Bums & Tums A traditional conditioning class focusing on the larger muscle groups - For those who want to tone and shape up, a gentle and low impact workout.
Body Blast Simple aerobics warm-up, followed high and low impact exercises and strength and toning to develop all round fitness.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
A fitness based class that incorporates flexibility, strength, yoga postures & disciplines. Includes full body warm up, moving into challenging but easy to follow posture sequences followed by further stretch and relaxation. This class will help to improve strength, flexibility, posture, self-awareness & confidence. Suitable for all abilities.
Sculpt & Tone A core based class that combines a variety of methods to tone & strengthen the core muscles. Low impact & suitable for all abilities.
FitBox

A combat-based circuits class designed for total body fitness and conditioning. Mixing cardio and core work with kick and punch combinations.

Cardio Tennis This new workout is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun.
Zumba Fitness Join the party! Zumba Fitness is an easy to follow, Latin inspired, high-energy, calorie burning fitness party! Suitable for all abilities.
Pilates A combination of standing & floor based exercises that aim to improve posture, develop mobility, tone & flexibility, and strengthen core muscles. Please bring a blanket/towel for relaxation at the end of the class.
Latin Dance

Learn the steps and small routines for Latin dances such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue and Bachata. We will work on the basics, rhythm, movement and of course, fun! If you have never danced before, it doesn’t matter - this class is for all abilities, so come and give it a try.

3-2-1 Varied workout consisting of 3 minutes aerobics, 2minutes step combo, and 1 minute body conditioning.
Beginners STEP Basic routines ideal for those new to step, but also with harder options and weights for those who are more advanced.
HardCORE Strengthen up that core!!! An aerobics style warm up with both high and low impact options, followed by a 15minute blast of core strengthening exercise. Suitable for all abilities.

Body Pump & Tone

High impact, highly motivating and highly recommended for people who like to work at a high intense pace to work C.V. to fatigue.

Circuit Training Work round a series of exercise stations combining cardio & resistance exercises. A whole body work out suitable for all abilities.

Yoga

Hatha yoga, focus on asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.

Just Combat

A freestyle combat workout, creating kick and punch combinations with music to blitz calories and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Core Conditioning A whole body workout that will tone & strengthen those key core muscles. Stability ball work, followed by high & low impact exercises to burn calories & shape up.
BOKWA Experience the new fitness craze - BOKWA! An intense cardiovascular workout, combining South African war dance, capoeira & kickboxing. Build strength & endurance in this fast paced, fun, challenging & energizing total body workout.

Sunday Shape up

A challenging combination of high and low impact exercises to develop all round fitness; Get Fit, Have Fun & Shape Up!
