Class Description
STEP for Everyone A STEP class suitable for all abilities.
Legs, Bums & Tums A traditional conditioning class focusing on the larger muscle groups - For those who want to tone and shape up, a gentle and low impact workout.
Body Blast Simple aerobics warm-up, followed high and low impact exercises and strength and toning to develop all round fitness.

Cardio Kickstart

Kickstart your fitness! Aerobics warm up followed by interval work designed to target fat loss & muscle conditioning.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga
NEW CLASS!!
A fitness based class that incorporates flexibility, strength, yoga postures & disciplines. Includes full body warm up, moving into challenging but easy to follow posture sequences followed by further stretch and relaxation. This class will help to improve strength, flexibility, posture, self-awareness & confidence. Suitable for all abilities.
Core Conditioning A whole body workout that will tone & strengthen those key core muscles. The sessions focus on stability ball work, also incorporating BOSU, hand weights, and body bars. Suitable for all abilities.
KickFit An energising workout combining movements such as punching & kicking to create an enjoyable exercise class and workout. A combination of high & low impact exercises, suitable for all abilities. Kick your way into fitness!
3-2-1 Varied workout consisting of 3 minutes aerobics, 2minutes step combo, and 1 minute body conditioning.
Beginners STEP Basic routines ideal for those new to step, but also with harder options and weights for those who are more advanced.
HardCORE Strengthen up that core!!! An aerobics style warm up with both high and low impact options, followed by a 15minute blast of core strengthening exercise. Suitable for all abilities.

Body Pump & Tone

High impact, highly motivating and highly recommended for people who like to work at a high intense pace to work C.V. to fatigue.

Indoor Bootcamp Highly motivated, energetic & fun! Want to improve your overall fitness & body shape? Bootcamp will make you faster, stronger, leaner and functionally fitter for everyday life & as an athlete.

Yoga

Hatna yoga, focus on asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.

Studio Strength

Whole body strength & conditioning class, combining weights bars, dumb bells & floor. Work up a sweat & develop overall muscular strength & tone.

Zumba Fitness Join the party! Zumba Fitness is an easy to follow, Latin inspired, high-energy, calorie burning fitness party! Suitable for all abilities.

Sunday Shape up

A challenging combination of high and low impact exercises to develop all round fitness; Get Fit, Have Fun & Shape Up!
