Learn the steps and small routines for Latin dances
such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue and Bachata. We will work on the
basics, rhythm, movement and of course, fun! If you have never danced
before, it doesn’t matter - this class is for all abilities, so come and
give it a try.

Varied workout consisting of 3 minutes aerobics, 2minutes step combo,
and 1 minute body conditioning. |

Basic routines ideal for
those new to step, but also with harder options and weights for
those who are more advanced. |

Strengthen up that core!!! An aerobics style warm up with both high and
low impact options, followed by a 15minute blast of core strengthening
exercise. Suitable for all abilities. |
