| Abs Attack |
An express class to target
your abs and core muscles. |
| AerobicZone |
A fun, cardiovascular
workout using old school aerobics moves to
create easy to follow routines. |
| Body Blitz |
An endurance workout using
barbells and plates to tone and sculpt your
whole body. |
| Boot Camp |
Group exercise that mixes
body weight exercises with interval and strength
training. Using a variety of different training
styles and exercises but that are all designed
in a way that motivates and pushes you to work
harder! |
| Circuits |
A form of body conditioning
training that involves
moving from one exercise to another. |
| Core Stability |
A class focusing on core
stability using mats and stability balls to
strengthen abdominal, back and core muscles. |
| Freestyle Fitness Yoga |
A fitness based class that
incorporates flexibility, strengthen, yoga
postures and disciplines. Includes full body
warm up, moving into challenging but easy to
follow posture sequences followed by further
stretch and relaxation. |
| Legs, Bums & Tums |
A body conditioning class
with aerobic warm up using body weight exercises
and a variety of equipment to tone and sculpt
all lower body muscle groups. |
| Total Body |
The title says it all! Come
and enjoy this highly motivating class that will
work your whole body. The first half of the
class is a high energy aerobics workout followed
by strengthening and toning exercises for the
whole body. |
| Zumba Fitness |
Join the party! Zumba
fitness is an easy to follow, Latin-inspired,
high energy, calorie burning, fitness party!
Suitable for all abilities. |
