Evolve Gym and Fitness Studio - Southend

Opened in July 2012 the brand new Evolve gym boasts state of the art equipment and an environment designed to encourage you to exercise.

Located at university square residencies which is only three minutes walk from campus, the fully air conditioned, 300m² gym has fully qualified and friendly staff on hand at all times should you need any help.

The fitness equipment provided by Life Fitness comprises:

Memberships, payment options and how to join - all new options for 2013

We have reviewed our membership scheme and have introduced more flexible options, including off-peak memberships as of 2 January 2013. We have introduced a pay per session option for Evolve and aerobics classes and our opening hours have been extended, as indicated below.

Opening times

Evolve is open seven days a week: Monday-Thursday 0730-2100, Friday 0730-2000, Saturday-Sunday 1000-1800, giving you more time to come in and set to work on those festive excesses!

Off-peak times

For the purposes of our new off-peak memberships, access is permitted from 7.30am up to 3pm Monday to Friday and from 10am up to 3pm at weekends.
