Evolve Gym and Fitness Studio - Southend

Opened in July 2012, the Evolve gym boasts state of the art equipment and an environment designed to encourage you to exercise.

Located at university square residencies which is only three minutes walk from campus, the fully air conditioned, 300m² gym has fully qualified and friendly staff on hand at all times should you need any help.

The fitness equipment provided by Life Fitness comprises:

Memberships, payment options and how to join

There are various flexible options, including off-peak memberships and a pay per session option for Evolve and aerobics classes.

Opening times

Evolve is open seven days a week: Monday-Thursday 0730-2100, Friday 0730-2000, Saturday-Sunday 1000-1800.

Off-peak times

For the purposes of our off-peak memberships, access is permitted from 7.30am up to 3pm Monday to Friday and from 10am up to 3pm at weekends.
