Planning processes
We play a central role in the University's planning processes, developing the Strategic, Faculty and Professional Services plans. We also analyse and report on student numbers, produce departmental intake targets and conduct departmental reviews.
Annual Planning Process 2013-14
Departmental meetings - June 2013
The document below details the annual planning process which will be
considered by USG on Monday 10 June and is for reference and digestion after the
individual meetings. The paper includes a description of the planning process, a timeline,
a template for the departmental plan and a mock plan for a fictitious
department.
A mock KPI report is also available for download which uses realistic (but
not real) data to help visualise what a departmental KPI report will look like,
using the new benchmarking approach.
