Samaritans offer confidential emotional support for anyone feeling
suicidal or despairing. If you need to speak to a Samaritan

Alternatively, Befrienders International offer emotional first aid
and information for anyone feeling low, depressed, suicidal, or
worried about a friend or relative.

If you're worried, depressed or lonely, Nightline offers a
confidential drop-in and telephone counseling service run by
student volunteers. Nightline is located on the ground floor
