Research Student (PGR) Supervisory Report Forms

Please note, all these forms are in word format.

  • Student's Report to the Supervisory Board - Student to complete and send this completed report by e-mail, along with the requested written work, to each Board member no later than ONE week before their board.
  • Progress Schedule & Responsibilities - Summary and timetable of Primary Progress Requirements for Full-Time PhD students
  • 1st Year Chair's Report - Supervisory Board Report Form (to be completed at Board Meeting by the Chair) - First year students
  • 2nd Year Chair's Report - Supervisory Board Report Form (to be completed at Board Meeting by the Chair) - Second year students
  • 3rd Year Chair's Report - Supervisory Board Report Form (to be completed at Board Meeting by the Chair) - End of minimum year students/3rd Year
  • Completion year progress report form (Supervisors) - For progress review during completion year
  • Needs analysis (Year 1) - Research Training and Professional Skills Development needs for Sociology Research Students (Year 1) - Please review training completed prior to registration for research degree before completing this form.
  • Needs analysis (Year 2 and 3) - Please review training completed in previous year (and recorded in student's 'logbook') before completing this form.
  • PhD Logbook - Record of Research Students' Research Training and Professional Development.
