Online services

• How do I make online payments?
  The online payment system allows secure financial transactions for paying fees, accommodation, etc.
  It is also possible to purchase printing credits online.
• How do I manage the information held about me by the University?
  Students can view and manage their data through the myEssex student portal.
• Where do I find my course materials?
  Links to course materials are available through the course materials repository (CMR) and myEssex.
  Materials for courses on which you are currently registered are available through the myStudy channel of myEssex.

• Requesting a prospectus
  Prospectuses may be requested by using the online form.
  Information from both prospectuses is available online on this site's Prospective students section.
• Complaints and feedback
  If a student feels dissatisfied with any aspect of their dealings with the University it's important that the issue is dealt with as quickly as possible: complaints procedure for students.
  The University welcomes feedback from users of its services: a services and administration comments form is provided for this.
• Courses
  For undergraduate and course postgraduate information see the course finder or the departmental websites.
  The programme specifications catalogue gives details of taught degree schemes offered by the University.
  The module directory gives details of courses offered as part of degree schemes.
  The course materials repository hosts a range of online course materials, and includes links to further resources.
  The International Programmes website provides information for current and prospective international students studying at the University for periods of up to a year, including Junior Year Abroad students.

  HelpDisk essay-writing program (campus only; limited to 50 users at a time).
