Electronic Submission Systems
The university is currently registered to use the following systems:

- e-GAP (Royal Society)
- AMS (Cancer Research UK)
- eGrants (Wellcome Trust)
- proposalCENTRAL (various sponsors)
- GRANTS.GOV (NIH)
- EPSS (EC)
- Leverhulme Trust Grant Application Systems
- AXA Research Fund Applications Platform
- CDE (MoD)
The Pre-award team is responsible for registering the university with new submissions systems. However, please bear in mind that registration can take more time than you expect, so please give plenty of warning if you intend to apply through a system not listed above.

Q: I have not used the Je-S system before. How do I get started and where do I go to for support?
You can log into the Je-S system at: https://je-s.rcuk.ac.uk/Jes2WebLoginSite/Login.aspx?cookies=yes and we can help you to set up your form, give you a tutorial on how to use the system and provide ongoing support as your application progresses. We will also provide guidance on how to submit your application, when you reach that stage.
Q: I do not have / I have forgotten my Username and Password for the Je-S system. What can I do?
If you are a new member of staff, you will probably need to register at https://je-s.rcuk.ac.uk/JeS2WebLoginSite/TermsConditions.aspx?mode=accountsetup. You will then need to wait for your registration to be confirmed by email. If you think you may already be registered, please contact Jayne Cottee who will check this for you. If you are already registered, but have forgotten or mislaid your password, please contact the Je-S HelpDesk on JeSHelp@rcuk.ac.uk or call 01793 44 4164 for a new password.
