The Business Incubation Centre

Our Business Incubation Centre, based at our Southend campus is made up of 20 units varying in size and shape. The units are suitable for office based functions and are available to let to start up and growing companies. The BIC supports the Hub in achieving its aim of helping businesses to increase their chances of sustainability and this is achieved by providing an environment that is conducive to their growth and development during the early stages of their lifecycle.
