Expertise and Support from
University of Essex
We offer companies and public sector organisations a range of ways in which they can tap into the university’s expertise. These include consultancy and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships – a government-sponsored scheme to enable companies to tap into university know-how, through to collaborative and commissioned research projects. In addition we offer a range of services to help small to medium-sized enterprises grow their business including Continuous Professional Development (CPD), short courses and training.
We are also interested in developing mentoring relationships with business people to help our students and staff who are interested in setting up their own businesses.
