Registration
The Registration Office is responsible for the management of
the Registration process for students studying at the University of Essex and
co-ordinates the annual Registration of all students at the start of each
academic year.
All students (new and returning) are required to complete
Registration at the start of each academic year, in order to:

Confirm your personal and contact details

Activate your student record for the academic
year

Activate or maintain your University of Essex
e-mail account and access to Computing and Library services

Ensure you are enrolled on modules, included
in class lists and can submit coursework electronically, where
applicable

Ensure you have read the Privacy Policy and
agree to abide by the Charter, Statutes and Regulations of the
University for the academic year
It is essential that you register at the start of each
academic year, as you will not be able to continue on your course unless you do
register.
