Cara Dolmor

Cara graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in law in 2005. Cara then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and to practise as a solicitor, specialising in family law. Cara joined the University of Essex in April 2011. Cara's main responsibilities are to recruit students from the UK and EU and to provide information about various aspects of Higher Education to potential applicants. This involves attending Higher Education events both regionally and nationally and taking part in school liaison activities throughout the year. In addition to this Cara plays a central role in the organisation and development of University open days. |

After graduating from the University of Essex with a degree in Drama in July 2010, Adam returned in 2011 as a Student Recruitment Officer. Adam represents the University to schools and colleges in the surrounding area, delivering presentations on Higher Education to applicants and their parents and attending various events such as recruitment fairs. Other key responsibilities include the recruitment of students from the UK and EU as well as assisting in the organisation and running of University Visit Days. |

Carol Gillman

Carol is responsible for the logistical arrangements for staff attending higher education fairs in both the UK, and in the EU. She acts as an office-based contact point for all recruitment activities, in addition to providing clerical support for
staff in Marketing and Student Recruitment. Carol also works alongside the team to facilitate targeted communications to specified groups of applicants, arranges meetings, and manages post, emails, calls and correspondence. |
