Timescales
We have 40 calendar days to reply to Data Protection
Subject Access Requests. The 40 days doesn't start until we receive your
Data Protection Subject
Access Request form - (MS Word Doc - 83k) and your payment of £10.
We have 20 working days to reply to your Freedom of
Information or Environmental Information Regulations request. Working days
are Monday to Friday, and don't include Bank Holidays. If we need to clarify
your request, because we're not sure what you want, then the 20 days starts
when we get clarification from you.
If we aren't going to be able to get the information to
you within the deadline we will always let you know in advance and we will
explain why we can't meet the deadline. We will set another deadline and
promise to meet it.
