TECHNICAL STAFF

The Laboratories are supervised and maintained by the technical staff whose offices are on Floor 2 in Rooms 2.707 and 2.709. The technical staff (together with their e-mail and ext. telephone numbers) are:

The Chief Technician, Mr Roger Deeble co-ordinates and oversees the laboratories and equipment in the Department.

Mr Alan Brignull is responsible for issuing keys, tests, videos and small equipment. He is available in the mornings throughout the week. He is also responsible for reprographics and colour printing and other general support.

The Computer Officer

The Computer Officer is Dr Roger Grace. He is responsible for training students on the computers, for software and programming support and experiment generators for third-year projects. He is also responsible for the departmental Web Site.
