BIOGRAPHY
I completed my BSc Psychology at the University of Hull in 2006, and worked in retail for a while before completing my MSc in Research Methods in Psychology at the University of Essex in 2010.
RESEARCH OVERVIEW
My interests lie in language research in general, but specifically in dyslexia. My PhD research is focused on solving some methodological issues in identifying subtypes of dyslexia and identifying the basis of the RAN deficit. I am also investigating the possibility that dyslexics have highly developed visuo-spatial abilities. Lastly, I am interested in the social and individual mechanisms behind bullying behaviour.
