BIOGRAPHY
I completed my BSc in Psychology at the University of Essex in 2012 during which I was awarded the Michael Lodge Memorial Prize for the third best overall year mark. I began my PhD that same year in October which has been fully funded by a University of Essex Scholarship.
RESEARCH OVERVIEW
My research interests centre on the interaction between temperament and cognitive ageing. I plan to use a variety of neuroscientific measures to investigate the way it might impact on preserved cognitive functioning among the elderly by governing the way stress is perceived and dealt with throughout life.
