BIOGRAPHY
I have degrees in both Business Studies (BA Hons) and Psychology (BSc) and an MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck College, London. I was awarded my PhD in “Simulating Children’s Picture Naming and Auditory Repetition” at Essex in December 2010. I currently hold a Senior Research Officer post funded by the Leverhulme Trust until January 2014.
RESEARCH OVERVIEW
My research interests are currently in language processing. In particular, I have studied language production in typically developing children and adults using both behavioural and electrophysiological approaches. I have investigated children’s speech errors and am currently involved in a project investigating morphological processing in adults and children. I am also interested in studying atypical populations in children and adults.
