MSc in Psychology
This is a one-year full-time conversion scheme recognised as providing the Graduate Basis for Registration by the British Psychological Society. It is intended for students who have graduated in another discipline and who wish to gain an internationally recognised qualification in psychology. The schemes consists of a number of taught components and a research project.
MSc Research Methods in Psychology
This is a one-year full-time course for graduates in psychology, providing research training for students who intend to pursue a career as research psychologists, or who wish to take a research degree. Our MSc in Psychological Research Methods programme allows students to specialise in one of the Department's four research areas: Cognitive Psychology; Neuropsychology and Development; Perception; and Social and Health Psychology.

MSc Brain and Language
It is hoped that a new MSc in Brain and Language, that will be taught jointly by members of the Psychology and Linguistics Departments, will be available to enrol its first students in October 2013. This course will include a new module to be taught by Dr Silke Paulmann on the neurocognition of language. If you would like to be considered for this new course, please apply for the MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience making it clear on your application form that you are interested in the Brain and Language MSc.
