Project Management Framework
The University has an approved Project Management Framework (PMF). This sets out the policies and processes for proposing, approving, implementing and closing revenue projects. The PMF is developed and approved by
Project Co-ordination Group (PCG), and PCG is responsible for ensuring that the PMF is implemented effectively. The documents that make up the PMF are:
