Project Coordination Group

Group. Its role is to oversee the development and implementation of the
University’s Strategic Projects Portfolio (SPP) of revenue projects, in order to

2013-14 to 2018-19. It also focuses on broader issues of organisational
development, continuous improvement and change management within the University.
What does PCG do?
PCG is responsible for developing the University’s
Project Management Framework (PMF) for revenue projects. It also ensures

strategic objectives in the University’s
Strategic Plan, 2013-14 to 2018-19;
- overseeing live and planned revenue projects at the
University;
- taking an overview of the Strategic Project Portfolio, to
identify synergies (or gaps) between different projects;
- identifies and resolves conflicts in terms of resource and
pressures on processes;
- leads the articulation and communication of the University’s
change programme.
A more detailed list of PCG’s responsibilities is available on the
Committees webpages.
