Help with searching

• To speed up searching, fill in as many of the fields as possible.
• Searches are case insensitive.
• The searches performed are fuzzy, i.e. searching for people with the last name of smit will find people with surnames of smith and smithson. But searches within the 'User name' field require an exact match.
