Descartes Reading Group

The Descartes reading group provides an opportunity for philosophy students to work through and discuss the major work of Rene Descartes, with a view to finding out why Descartes is known as the father of modern philosophy. The group meets every Thursday, 11am - 12.30pm in room 4.319. If you'd like more information or are interested in coming along, please email Nicole Osborne at nosborne (non-Essex users add @essex.ac.uk).
