Bank Holiday Calculator
If you are part time and work irregular days and hours during the year (i.e. not part time on every working day) you are entitled to a pro rata bank holidays. We have provided a calculator that you can use to calculate your bank and closure day entitlement for each leave a year.
If you work the same number of hours for each week that you work you should use one of these calculators based on hours:

based on hours for 2013-14
calculator based on hours
for 2014-15
calculator
based on hours for 2015-16
If you work a shift pattern, or different hours for different weeks of the year, you will need to contact HR to find out your FTE (full time equivalent) which you should use in one of these FTE calculators:

calculator for 2012-13
FTE calculator for 2013-14
FTE

FTE calculator for 2015-16
You should note that it is possible to have a negative entitlement, depending on your working pattern and how the bank holiday and closure days fall in a particular year. If you have a negative entitlement this means that you owe the university that number of hours shown, and you will need to deduct this amount from your total annual leave entitlement.
Please contact your link HR Manager/Officer/Assistant if you have any queries on the above.
