We're also responsible for staff benefits, including a scheme called Essex Offers which is an exciting collection of optional extra benefits for staff. The variety of benefits range from salary sacrifice schemes, such as childcare vouchers and mobile phones, to dental care plans, medical insurance, meals out, subsidised travel and more.
This year, we are developing our HR software so you can do more
online – such as updating your details and planning your training and
development. There will also be new tools for managers. Watch this space
