Types of partnership
We operate a range of different types of partnership from validation of courses to
progression arrangements for students to gain entry to our courses.
Our University's Strategic Plan sets out our core mission as
being excellence in research and excellence in education. All activity is
informed by an overriding commitment to academic excellence. We are
committed to appealing to a broad student market through a wide range of
provision and work closely with partner institutions to develop and maintain
high quality and accessible learning opportunities, in the UK and
Over 9,000 students are currently studying for a University of Essex
award at one of our academic partner
institutions, many of them are through part-time, flexible or online
modes of study.
