A completed and signed SpLD questionnaire is also required and should be submitted to the Student Wellbeing & Inclusivity Service (SWIS) on the day (or next day) of your online payment. If you do not have the SWIS SpLD questionnaire please email include@essex.ac.uk and request this. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON YOUR PAYMENT WITHOUT THIS.
