Indian Head Massage (Southend Campus)
Indian Head Massage is a seated massage, fully clothed or with oils, working on the back, shoulders, head, neck and face. It is especially helpful for relieving stress and muscle tension and encouraging relaxation and concentration.
Complementary therapist, Sara de Groot, will be offering Holistic Massage and Indian Head Massage at the Southend Campus from Monday 19th April 2010.

All requests and enquiries should be made direct to Sara on 01702-307421 or 07748-507539. During the conversation she will conduct a quick consultation to discuss the most appropriate treatment and to check any medical conditions.
Treatments will be at the Gateway Building on Floor 1, Consulting Room 3. Clients are asked to wait in the landing area immediately prior to their appointment.
Sara will normally be available:
- Monday 12.00 noon - 5.00 pm
- Tuesday 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm
The costs of treatments will be: £30 for 1 hour; £15 for 30 mins; £10 for 20 mins; £8 for 15 mins
Payment should be made direct to Sara at the end of the session, using cash or cheque.
Please allow a few minutes before your initial treatment to fill out a consultation form.
Please note that you may be charged for sessions you fail to cancel in advance.
After a massage please drink plenty of water, try to limit alcohol and cigarette intake that day, allow a period of relaxation if possible afterwards and try not to have a heavy meal directly before or after.
