Essex placed second in the UK for student accommodation
The National Student Housing Survey is an annual survey of students in higher education across the UK. The 2011 survey attracted over 15,00 responses from more than 120 universities and colleges. Positive satisfaction was measured in regard to individual aspects of accommodation (results were categorised as positive, neutral and negative).
The graph below shows how we performed in comparison to the national average in terms of positive responses to the questions asked. We are very pleased to have received such high satisfaction ratings from our students and to be rewarded again this year for our efforts (Essex came second last year and took first place in 2009). We understand how important it is for you to be happy in your new home and we strive to continually improve the experience.
