Research skills programme

The University has recently acquired the licence for a new interactive modular programme Research Skills Online, which anyone with an Essex username and password can access.  Research Skills Online was developed by seven leading Universities and focuses on different aspects of research.  While it is aimed at postgraduate students, undergraduates may find some of the modules informative, and enjoy hearing from celebrity experts such as Lord Winston.  Modules - which take a maximum of about 90 mins to complete in full - include: Ethics 1; Ethics 2; Getting Published in the Arts; Getting Published in the Sciences; Intellectual Property; and, Project Management.
