Writing Fellows...

In addition, there are also two Royal Literary Fund Writing Fellows on campus who offer expert one-on-one advice about writing. Martyn Waites is returning for a second year, this time joined by Vincent McInerney:

"We’re both professional writers and we’re here to work with undergraduates, postgraduates and staff alike to help with queries and problems relating to the practical aspects of writing. So if you feel your essays aren’t up to scratch, you’re worried about your dissertation or your creative writing isn’t as good as it could be, then make an appointment and come and see one of us. It doesn’t matter which year you’re in or what you’re studying.

We’re based in Room 5A 223 in the LiFTS Department. Martyn is here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Vincent on Thursdays and Fridays. You can make an appointment by going to the LiFTS General Office (Room 5A 201) where the appointment sheets are displayed. We look forward to seeing you."
