This module allows students to explore an aspect of their own workplace identifying areas for improvement.

Module aims

To undertake a practice focused study, integrating professional expertise and academic rigor.

Module learning outcomes

On successful completion of this module, the student will be able to:
1. Demonstrate expert decision making and engage in critical reflection upon practice.
2. Systematically reflect upon working and leading within complex, multi professional environments.
3. Make a significant contribution to their professional practice through critical appraisal of current practice.
4. Develop networks to facilitate self-development.
5. Demonstrate self-directed, expert application of research techniques in the focused examination of practice.
