How to order Volume 4: All orders must be accompanied by payment. If you require a pro-forma invoice, please ask by e-mail. Send orders, with full payment, to

       M.A.Fremlin, 25 Ireton Road, Colchester CO3 3AT, England.

It will be helpful if you simultaneously send an e-mail to tell us that your order is on its way. (This is particularly important if you are paying in U.S. dollars at a time when, as has happened at various times in the last few years, it is losing value relative to sterling.) We hope to confirm receipt of each order by e-mail and to post it promptly. We very much prefer personal orders, and do not give discounts to booksellers. If you wish to order copies for your library it is almost certain to be quicker and cheaper to buy directly from us and ask your institution to reimburse you. If this is impossible, we are willing to try to track the progress of your order if you can tell us which bookshop your library is using.

How to pay: We can accept cheques and money orders drawn on U.K. and U.S. banks, in pounds and dollars respectively (but, most inconveniently, cannot take cheques in sterling drawn on foreign banks, since our British bank makes an outrageous charge). Cheques should be made out to M.A.Fremlin. We are happy to accept personal cheques. We can accept electronic transfers from U.S. banks; it is now possible, for a moderate extra charge, to pay with credit card. E-mail mariafremlin@gmail.com for details.
