Relationship Management
The Marketing and Student Recruitment Office is overseeing
implementation of the University's customer relationship management
(CRM) system to handle enquiries from prospective students. This CRM
system should ensure that prospective students receive the correct
information, tailored to their unique needs, when enquiring about
the University.
Our CRM system can also be used to generate anonymous statistics
on enquiries and applications to the University which can aid
admissions, marketing and recruitment planning.
The Marketing and Student Recruitment Office is also responsible
for sending out targeted HTML e-newsletters and other electronic
communications to enquiring students
and applicants. These can be used to inform students about the
latest news, events and research at the University, as well as
highlighting important deadlines during the application cycle.
