  • Approval of East 15 Acting School and Southend Campus prospectuses
  • Continuous liaising with partner institutions
  • Development of the University Campus Suffolk Visual Identity
  • Supervision of content of University website
  • Updating of External Publications
  • Maintaining and developing the University's photographic library and maps
  • Copyright investigation and documentation
  • University Christmas cards
  • Advertising
  • Development of Corporate Merchandise range
  • Oversight of the Communications and External Relations web pages
