Prospectus Postage
Issue Procedure
The request for the issue of prospectuses will be made on the
Requisition and Issue Note form used for stock items held in the
Central Stores. The information does not need to be sent to finance as
indicated on the bottom of the form. All copies of the form should be
sent to Central Stores. The minimum information required is:
- Originator
- Department
- Room number for delivery
- Cost code (although there is no charge for the prospectuses)
- Item Code Quantity required (this is how many boxes required,
NOT how many prospectuses)
The completed form should be sent to Central Stores and NOT Estates
(as required for the old system).
Please note: all prospectuses are sent out
centrally from the Marketing and Student Recruitment Office and therefore if
you receive a request for these, please forwarded it straight to
admit@essex.ac.uk. They will
then be sent out via a Royal Mail electronic postage system and
preferential rates will be received for this.
