Session:

This session aims to explore some of the perspectives of Chinese students in their interactions in the classroom and with the institution at large.

This session will help you to

  • Understand some of the deep social and cultural values that can influence the way Chinese students interpret their environment when they arrive in the UK
  • Improve the effectiveness of your communication with Chinese students
  • Reduce incidents of plagiarism
  • Stimulate inclusive intercultural discussion that will help international students adjust to the UK environment
