are at their worst at the application stage. This session, based on a
short-listing exercise, is designed to maximise your chances of getting an
interview and thus securing the job. The aims of the session are:
to gain a better
understanding of the application process in academia
to learn what makes a
good academic CV

many recruitment panels. He will share some insights of the
recruitment process as a selector at this session.
